Compare solar charging with the Ultra magnetic charger

Ultra supports solar charging and its included magnetic wireless charger; the product FAQ quotes approximately five hours and 100–240 V input. Use the Ultra manual to match the charger label and complete charging preparation. Standard iSkim's separately sold adapter and any AquaSense station are not established substitutes. Do not use visibly damaged charging equipment.

Keep the results separate. For solar, note panel exposure and the starting and ending battery indication during a permitted session. For the magnetic charger, record whether the approved procedure produces the manual’s expected indication. A response through one route but not the other is a useful service observation; it does not by itself identify the failed part.

If solar opportunity is limited

Observe shade from walls, trees, buildings or a cover reel where Ultra actually operates. If the panel needs care, use the permitted cleaning process and compare the next observation under similar conditions. Abrasive treatment or an improvised chemical coating is not a charging remedy.

These observations describe available sunlight and the charging result. They cannot measure the health or capacity of the internal battery.

If it reports a charge but the session disappoints

Separate no start, short operation, repeated stops and normal movement with poor collection. An app command that never reaches the robot belongs in the connection guide. Material remaining despite normal movement calls for a collection-system check.

After the required shutdown, inspect the removable 9 L basket and owner-accessible collection parts identified in the Ultra manual. Look for retained material, a damaged latch or torn 380-micron mesh. Ultra has side brushes as well as its front collection arrangement, so use its own parts diagram and approved installation procedure when a consumable needs replacement. Standard iSkim's guided wheels are not the same parts.

When charging or runtime trouble persists

Send Beatbot the Ultra model and serial number, charger-label photo, result for each charging route used, app indication and a short account of the subsequent run. Include relevant basket damage or repeated stops. Ask whether it needs a confirmed accessory replacement or service assessment; short runtime is not a reason to open the battery housing. Obtain the provider’s packing and battery-transport instructions before shipping.
