Basket volume and nominal mesh describe different limits. Bulky leaves can fill the available space, while a thin layer of fine material can obstruct a screen before the basket is full. Ultra’s extra volume is relevant to the first problem; S2’s finer stated opening is relevant to the second, without guaranteeing particle capture.
